Over the past 15 years we have developed a range of mixed use buildings providing over 75,000 square feet of accommodation in Central London. We specialise in historically sensitive sites where we create a deep connection to meaningful architecture and design.
Riverside renewal
Our projects in London’s Borough Market epitomize the renewal of Southwark’s riverside, a much frequented stretch connecting London Bridge, Southwark Cathedral and Tate Modern. An exercise in contextual Modernism, the schemes mix residential and retail uses in a series of distinct blocks along Clink Street, Stoney Street, and Winchester Walk. These projects are about reinforcing continuities of memory and built form in an area with such deep connections to an industrial past.
